INCREASES:
Yearly Annual Assessment: INCREASE from $650 to $680
Privilege Cards: INCREASE from $325 to $340
Transfer Fee (New Home Buyers): INCREASE from $300 to $500
Open Bowling for Residents: INCREASE by 10cents
Open Bowling for Non-Residents: INCREASE by 25cents
Golf Pass Resident No Fee: INCREASE from $2,500 to $2,800
Golf Pass Resident Surcharge: INCREASE from $1,200 to $1,300
Greens Fee - Guest: INCREASE from $53. to $55.
Greens Fees - Cardholder: INCREASE from $41. to $43.

No INCREASES:
Greens Fee - PUBLIC - No change
Events, Show Ticket ($25.00) - No change
