Yes. Banner is the best. And it's right in Sun City - Del Webb & Thunderbird.
I have posted twice in the past about them receiving outstanding awards.

Banner Medisun Advantage at $14 a month is a good deal. It is a bit of a pain to have to get referrals to see specialists but we really like our primary care physician. Our previous plan cost $375 a month with really no advantage in benefits other than we could get care anywhere in the U.S.

Mayo clinic in Phoenix is #1 in Arizona. Could be on a different list though. So many different lists of tops. Good to hear you all like it though. That does mean a lot.

It's can be a difficult decision to choose an HMO plan. I use one now but I work in that hospital that funds it and know all the doctors so I know who is good. I had one before that but I worked for the insurance company and could also find out what I needed. My mother did not fair so well with her HMO. She developed breast cancer and was mismanaged, perhaps because she was 84, and she died because of that. She was also given a mastectomy which I later learned was not needed because cancer had already metastasized to her lungs. A year after her death I started working with breast cancer patients and learned a lot more about it. Anyway, I've said this once before but I will say it again just in case it helps anyone. If you have a serious illness, get a second opinion from outside your HMO or primary MD, even if you need to pay cash.

I don't think that Mayo in Px accepts Medicare anymore.

They do but charge 15% above the allowable fees. And they have some fees they are require to accept. They have a rate chart here. Could be good for a second opinion though. I see they do accept Cigna HMO. There's a Cigna in Sun City...do they have the HMO type medicare plan? I worked for Cigna as a nurse practitioner for 13 years. It was different then, all HMO,and I thought it was a good place. Our hands were not tied, to do whatever we needed for patients. I don't know anything about it now though.
