Original Sun City Fees as Compared to other Sun Cities

Just to clarify on the chart for annual assessments between various developments, keep in mind that not all of them charge per property. Sun City charges one amount for each property with up to two cards for deeded owners but I believe Sun City West charges per person. A single person in SCW would be paying the almost same as in Sun City. The advantage in Sun City comes if a couple was on the deed and wanted to use the recreation facilities.

Seems many developments want to be very vague when it comes to what the costs will be.
