There is a handwritten sign in their front window that says"no visitors", but as soon as the 55+ resident leaves every day, there is a nearly constant "parade" of people on foot (usually from the direction of the Youngtown area (could be residents or homeless) visiting the house. Also, a number of cars stop at this address - some for a short time (what could possibly be for sale there? When these people show up (frequently high on drugs), they trespass on private property and leave their trash. One (a female) was recently in the golf course (after departing the above mentioned house with the "for sale" wooden post without the sign). She was very high on something and was constantly moving erratically and taking clothes on and off.

MCSO is well aware. They have dealt with that house repeatedly. Unlike Youngtown we can’t pass ordinances to defend against this. We have to rely on the county. And SCHOA cannot help because the resident is over 55. But cheer up! He will be back in jail again shortly. At least that provides the neighbors with a bit of respite. But then it’s just shampoo, rinse, repeat over and over and over again.
