SCAM ALERT It has been brought to the attention of the Sun City Home Owners Association there is a rise in the number of individuals who are gaining access to residents' homes. Regardless of what the person or people are selling, DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO ENTER YOUR HOME WHOM YOU DON'T KNOW. DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION BY PHONE, EMAIL OR TO ANYONE WHO KNOCKS ON YOUR DOOR. Recently, residents have been contacted which has resulted in scams that continue to occur based on home owners being given misleading information by individuals. If you are needing any services, SCHOA has a list of business partners who have qualified as vendors. These business partners' names are available on the SCHOA website or by contacting the office. Any business representative should be identified by proper credentials. If you have friends or neighbors who may not use the Internet, please inform them of this information.
