Below are some pictures I took on May 15, 2015 east to west from the front porch of the SC Posse. The last picture was taken near Epcor on Del Webb Blvd. Click on picture to enlarge it. The next pictures will be when building begins.
The land directly across from the Posse behind the chain link fence covered with that tarp is owned by Sunland Mortuary. I believe the new homes will be farther to the west behind the block walls. The tacky shade tarp on that fencing does nothing to make the area more attractive.
