I can tell now that no matter what I post it will be torn apart by the resident psychiatrist and mind reader.

 

Thats the downside to not having schools and school taxes.
The homeless won't leave or get help if people keep giving them things.

 

1. A registered sex offender has a legal right to live in the community, and live free from discriminatory practices because of their prior convictions.
2. As a registered sex offender, there are stipulations the offender must adhere to in order to be eligible for living, unfettered in any community they choose.
3. To discriminate in any way against any formerly known criminal who has been released from incarceration places the individual, business or provider in legal jeopardy.

In attempting to create an environment of fear in regards to registered sex offenders, you place yourself at risk of legal consequences from any person who feels harmed in any way by the post. I have no legal recourse to prevent them from living here as discrimination of any kind in regards to fair housing regulations protects all who have completed their sentence and are in compliance with their release. I am in no way condoning the actions or behavior of any criminal activity.
My advice is to stop trying to stir up trouble where, as far as you know, none exists.

 

It’s the courts that mandate notification of the residents of a particular area when a registered offender moves in.
If you received notice of an offender moving into the neighborhood, the legal obligation has been met. The notice offers you the ability to be informed.
Your post did not read as informational, but an attempt to create fear. Asking if others are “all good with that” with the situation is not informative, but inflammatory.
The courts inform the local residents of a sexual predator moving into a neighborhood to allow the residents to be aware. You further demeaned the leadership for allowing this to happen, yet have no legal recourse to stop it. You claim you are aware of the legal requirement to be followed, which means your post was intended to create fear of those that have followed the law and are legally entitled to reside in the community.
The reality is those that are registered offenders are monitored through the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. The public can view the information online.
The fear should be of those we have no information about and are not tracked or monitored. Since there is no documentation as to who they are, no one has control over their actions.
The RCSC has absolutely no authority to prevent any person who is released from incarceration from residing in Sun City.
So once again, berating the “leaders” of Sun City for not doing anything is inflammatory. Their hands are tied and have no way to restrict the right of a registered offender. Per your own statement, you know this. This indicates you knew the post was an attempt to create an argumentative position and place blame where none exists. Had the post been of an attempt to be informative, there would have been no shaming of the leaders of the RCSC.

Just because you don't have any littles doesn't mean other folks don't want to know Dave. In many cases the Sheriff will notify the HOA's and they will let the community know. You can tell people in the area, however there is no harassment, threats etc. allowed towards the person. After I received my notice (three to twelve) year old babies I told everyone on my street just in case their grands visit.

Make fun of me all you want. If you don't think hurting babies is Satan's work you need help. I got on the website MSCO provided and there are over 120, many Level 3 here (likely to commit again). If you think that is fear mongering, you are one sick man. It's making people aware of their surroundings.

I will repeat what I stated earlier. The courts will notify residents in immediate area when a sex offender has intent to locate in the vicinity. It was not making fun, but stating the regulations surrounding the offender ability to secure housing. This is not a casual event, rather a court mandated action with specific requirements to include informing the local community of the intent to occupy.
I made reference to the legal requirements for sex offenders to occupy property and the requirements necessary for that to occur. This did not “rip you apart.” They were statements of fact, followed by additional information regarding the post.

How does providing factual information in a clear and concise manner become relevant to a “temper” like mine? Also, be aware of relevance of your reply and the implication of the intent to defame and otherwise damage a person’s reputation. These are actionable items and shall be used to pursue any and all relevant claims possible.
