When I turn on the cold water at my kitchen sink, after a few minutes it is quite warm. Also, when I water my plants outside, I have to wait for the water to cool down. One friend turns off her water heater in the summer. Remind me not to eat at her house. The tap water doesn't get that warm.
All I know is that the water in Sun City is so much softer here than what we had in Surprise. Our skin is soft and hardly ever have to use lotion. I do agree that in the summer the water does stay hot here.
