Not many restaurants open on Christmas Day. I'm having lunch with family at Bucca de Peppos. Chang Lee & Royal Cafe also open. What did you do.
We broke tradition of a large meal of ham & lutefisk on Christmas Eve and instead ordered pizza & wings delivered to the house!! It sure gave me a break on prep and clean up. Today I'm roasting prime rib with all the fixin's. Four days into having my 3 year old granddaughter in the house and I call it my Grandma Fitness Workout. I put the parents up elsewhere but they come here during the daytime. Have a great day everyone!
As we were eating our last Christmas dinner here in the Northwest, we found ourselves planning our first Christmas dinner in Sun City. I'm sure this will pass, but we are looking forward to getting back to cooking and entertaining.
