So here's going to be the downside on this one (IMHO): The prices will be off the charts expensive, simply because they will be paying the up-charge for using JB's name and branding. I like the idea, and who knows, it may inspire a whole new concept in retirement living. In my mind the perfect group would be the Rolling Stones, those guys look older than dirt...just gotta hope they wouldn't name it the I Can't Get No Satisfaction 55 Plus Retirement Community. All kidding aside, the whole branding premium on top of all ready too expensive communities will, drive costs where seniors of average or moderate means won't be able to afford to buy into.
