How about Meetings of the Minds?
Several nights of either smaller groups of Members who have one specific beef (Golf Fees, Cost and Placement of Performing Art Center, Paying Annual Assessment Fees, Facilities Maintentance, Pickleball, Dogs, etc). or large meetings, auditorium-style, where no thoughts, ideas, opinions are frowned on or turned down. Meeting must stay on topic. Subject Matter Experts (SME's) answer the Member's questions. Others with the same issue learn at the same time. Also, an auditorium-style meeting where only Members who are totally happy with everything in Sun City tell us why they feel that way. And a History session to help understand why "things" are done the way they are.

Communication! Not when Snowbirds are gone. Not only in the morning but held at different locations and different times.

Low cost Meetings of the Minds. Better yet, ask our homeowner bakers to provide some treats. Yum!

    Jean,

Your post is uplifting and reminded me of the Beatles song Imagine.

    John,
I was more of a Healter/Skelter guy myself.
