In another thread I posted that snowbirds are not eligible to serve on the Board per Board President Tom Foster unless the bylaws are changed. While some may take my comment as critical of Tom it is exactly the opposite. Tom was the first board member ever to once and for all address the question head on. I agree with the conclusion the RCSC lawyer reached based on our current bylaws and applaud Tom for finally providing a definitive answer. It is difficult to tell approximately 40% of the members they are ineligible to serve on the Board even though others, including the Board Vice President (Sorry Chris) have claimed every member, including Snowbirds, has the right to serve on the Board. This shows what integrity looks like.
