It’s about the ballots not the votes.

RCSC has perfected the board steal by the GM and his staff being the exclusive tabulator of the ballots not the votes.
I predict that the board will still be Jan Ek and Bill Cook acolytes.

It was an interesting meeting today, for sure Tom. There was no denial coming from the board president that the signatures she gathered on RCSC property for absentee ballots wasn't done. Rather, the excuse somebody else did it at one point was justification enough. I did take exception to the one director with a legal background who didn't see anything wrong with the concept that 5-7 members of the election committee have the universal right to solicit signatures while the rest of us could pound salt.

Kudos to Janet Curry for speaking her piece on the absolute hypocrisy of forcing the board and the ad hoc bylaws committee to remove the petition gathering on RCSC property and then run out and gather signatures on company property. I did ask and we were told there were 186 absentee ballots mailed, the normal average is 60-80 ballots. In a close race, those 100 ballots may well be the difference.

It's this simple; anyone interested in Sun City returning to its roots needs to vote for Jean Totten, Steve Collins and John Fast. It's an uphill battle, but this is the first time in years we've had an opportunity to turn things around.

Today, we find out if RCSC, the gang of 5 board members, and Bill Cook will steal the election and make sure RCSC is "Business as Usual."

I like Bill Pearson, enjoy being wrong. Now let's pray for a new membership oriented board, one not beholding to the GM and staff.

The new board should refuse the Bill Cook budget and adopt a continuing budget resolution until a member oriented budget is written.
