Today, November 13, 2014, is National Indian Pudding Day. Early colonists brought with them to America a fondness for British “hasty pudding” Indian Pudding evolved out of that culinary tradition. It was then enhanced by Native American influenced necessity, and finally, flavored with the fruits of New England commerce.
