Drove through the Khov development yesterday and was stunned to see they are rapidly selling out and building up. With approximately 140 lots when they began, looks like 75-80% are already taken. Pretty impressive given they were only doing about 8 homes per month. If you've been chomping at the bit to buy into a new home in Sun City, you'd better move quickly.
