There is a thread called Silver Sneakers. I posted a link to the fitness/exercise club at Sundial which charges $5 to $15 per class. Silver Sneakers is free. I spoke with my neighbor tonight and she goes to Bell Center for $5.00/year for floor exercises M W F 8 - 9 am. No one told me. I called the centers for info, nothing! Please tell me why Sun City is the greatest place to retire. This place is a joke.
