If you have never been to Sun City AZ, you are in for a surprise. Golf carts are not limited to the golf course. They are allowed to be driven on the streets within the community. The carts have to be licensed and driven by someone with a driver's license. Recently there have been several mishaps. Not too surprising since the carts are very vulnerable and some of the people driving them quite elderly. I am going to find out if other retirement communities have the same situation.
