Today, February 2, 2014, is National Heavenly Hash Day. Heavenly Hash is vanilla and chocolate ice cream filled with white vanilla marshmallow swirls, chopped almonds, and dark chocolate chunks. It is also Groundhog Day. But most important, it is MY Birthday and yesterday my kids gave me a big birthday party!
Happy Birthday, pegmih. Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow, but I imagine those in Arizona might be happy for six more weeks of winter.
