Does anyone know of a house rental Dec. 2018

    We are snowbirds and own a 2 bedroom condo in Phase 1. We need to rent a furnished 4 bedroom house in Sun City for our family the last 2 weeks of December. Does anyone have one available or know of a house we can rent? Thanks, Susie and Hal

    Hey guys, tough one there. There's only handful of homes in Sun City that will have 4 bedrooms, and if you find one, it is only because it has been added on or modified. The bigger challenge is rentals are almost impossible to find these days as most are snapped up by winter visitors before they ever leave the season before. You may want to look on VRBO, AirB&B or Home To Go, they will rent short term though you will pay a premium for them.

    Thanks so much Emily. This is good to know for the future. Our kids would actually prefer to rent a house so they are still looking in SC and Surprise.
