Probably not worthy of discussion, just a head-up if you travel Del Webb between Thunderbird and Bell during the next five weeks… Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) - will be reconstructing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramps at the intersection of Del Webb Boulevard and Cameo Drive. The work will be performed during daytime hours over five weeks, beginning at 7am, Monday, April 21, 2025. Access to properties will be maintained at all times. Temporary pedestrian and lane restrictions may be in place near the work zone while work is underway.
