    SCR,
I do not know for sure we have the wrong people doing the wrong thing, I believe there is a transition of work occuring with the new website release. I do not absolve anyone of their responsibility, but a new website launch, with new language and other nuances, takes time to wrap ones head around. The changes were immense, so needing time to get the fine print down to a fine science is tons of work.

I still take issue with the board not being responsive during this time of great debate with the Mountainview center. The timing is lousy and there is no real excuse that will fill the void for not having communication with the board members. A central clearing house is not being responsive to members, its merely acting as a repository for emails to collect. This is poor performance at its pinnacle, and leaving the member's ability to have a say to each respective director that a member chooses to respond to will now go into an abyss of how many other anonymous responses? This is not the way member involvement should be and the members of the board know it.

I understand the spamming and cramming of emails and how its done. I also understand how to put in place firewalls and other software to prevent and protect the network. These fixes can be implemented immediately and see instant results. Why are these not happening in a timely fashion and allow the members access to those making decisions about the future expenditures?

Mike Dirmyer was kind enough to share the web address that will forward mail to every member of the board simultaneously. It is:

    boardofdirectors@suncityaz.org

    Of course, just my opinion.

I disagree with the idea that a GM should be responsible for rolling out a new web site.
The RCSC has a technology department who should be charged with all things internet which includes
web site development, implementation, maintenance, and use.
As far as I know, the GM is charged with the day to day facilities management.
Also, as far as I know web sites are still being written in HTML.
I have no problem with Mike, I just don’t think you will ever find a GM dealing with a
    web site.
Any web site fine print should have been resolved before roll out. It’s been 7 days since
Roll out and there are still issues with the site.
I’ve sent Mike my concerns but I’m not holding my breath waiting on a response.
If you can find the Logout button on the new web site try logging out. 2 steps to logout is
    ridiculous. Same for logging in.
A Logout button should be clearly visible on every page.
