Happy Easter to all. don't forget tonight's Brooks and Dunn tribute show at the Sun Bowl. The festivities will kick off at 6:30 pm with the food trucks arriving at the food court at 5 and revelers to begin piling in about an hour beforehand. These concerts have been drawing record crowds and in an effort to insure Sun City residents get seats, the RCSC has asked card members to carry their rec card with the. There will be spot checks as needed. Just a friendly reminder; the shows are for Sun City residents and their invited guests. And now for the "oui" part: There will be a French film crew there tonight. They are shooting a documentary on aging and they are using Sun City as a way to showcase the right way to do it. For lots of countries aging is what it is...getting old. The beauty of Sun City is that age is just a number and by living here, that number is far less important than outside the white walls. Hope to see you there.
I think you left out a word. RCSC cardholders must have their card with the PICTURE on hand if asked. Key fobs aren't the proper ID for these events.
Easily one of the best concerts of the season last night at the Sun Bowl. Neon Circus did Brooks and Dunn proud with 6000 folks enjoying every minute of the high octane performance. Without question, the group bringing their own sound and light equipment was one of the reasons and amplified (pun intended) why we need to spend some money and get that incredible venue into the 20th century.
