Anyone know what's going on at the old Acuity on TBird?

Looks like for sale sign is gone and workers were there past few days on and off.

Relieved it’s being promoted as:

Not trying to sneak in a behavioral health like a few years ago. Over 100 neighbors showed up in opposition at a meeting on site with only a few days notice. Now, that’s community!

 

There's a new realty sign in front so it's still up for sale.

From what I understand it's zoned for either elderly or chronically ill usage. So they could have moved something like that in without consulting the population. But I'm glad they didn't.
