I've been meaning to post this since the Thursday board meeting, but it just kept slipping my mind. This is from the general managers report regarding the Preservation and Improvement collections for April:
"Preservation and Improvement Fees collected in April were $717,000, which is $282,000 over the amount budgeted. Year to date PIF fees are $2,363,100 which is $920,100 over budget for the year. Again a reminder that we intentionally budget PIF income very conservatively to assure that we have the cash on hand for any planned project as we remain debt free."

The fees as you all know are still $3000 per property and when dividing that amount into the total collected for the month
we see 272 home sold. In the first 4 months of the year, we find more than 750 home sales. Staggering numbers and while we know summer will fade a bit, this fall we be an explosive time with the KHov Homes coming on the market. Word is the list of interested is already nearing 100 strong.

    Wow

Who said marketing the community doesn't pay?
