We came down to check on the house and do some pruning. Instead we wound up realizing that our air conditioner was dying. So $10,500 later.... That seems crazy, but I guess a neccesity here. We went with Parker and Sons they work with Costco. Has anyone else used them? What a crazy day. Thank you.
