Let me just say this to all who may be reading. I don't care who the 5 RCSC board members are, what i care about is what they produce as the ad hoc committee. And to be even more clear, i will use Janet Curry's own words: "I know you are frustrated, but I believe many of the things you want changed will happen with time." Seems like a logical comment. However as noted, many of us have been waiting for a very long time and all that has happened is it has gotten worse.

The loss of members rights didn't just happen, it was on purpose and the effect was the community's voice was stifled. Maybe that was cute when applied to Archie and Edith, but in Sun City there's nothing funny about shutting people up because you don't want to hear what they have to say.

Let's all just take a step back and see what they are going to do. It almost doesn't matter because anything they do is merely a recommendation the board can accept or reject out of hand. My immediate reaction to Janet's comments at the membership meeting were solid and on point, now she will be in a position to try and make it better. We'll see.
