Anyone have an idea of when the name of the appointed director will be released? The delay is hopefully because of some backlash over appointing a former board member. Also, when are the Committee Chairs and Liaison appointments announced? Many Committees aren't meeting this month I assume due to no Chairs being appointed.
Got to love the continuing trend of less meetings and less time in the one's they do hold. Pretty soon we can just phone in meetings and no one will have to waste any time on the governance of the community. It is what happens when the management becomes the voice of the community and the board is nothing more than a big-assed rubber stamp. Look for those positions to be filled before the first board/member exchange next Monday on the 14th. Backlash? Do you really think they care? We'll see eh?
