RCSC E-blasts are the most efficient and economical way to effectively deliver important time sensitive information to its members.

Non E- Communication, same day, delivery options…smoke signals, town criers, pigeon carriers, telephone, tell-a-friend or neighbor?

 

A dial in updated daily phone number that is available to anyone who is visibly challenged, not able to use a computer, or has other needs for the news that electronic media CANT provide. Again, a computer is not the answer to all of the communication needs.
Sarcasm not appropriate or appreciated. There are a number of residents who cannot use electronic media, and I have stated as such numerous times.

Didn’t think I referenced people, but if I did, it was in error. We were talking systems and the issues. Not about people. Sorry to any people that I may have offended. It was not intentional.
