EO - Interesting observation. Let's be clear; this has never been about MountainView - It is about the Players wanting a theater of their own. I can understand the want and went to great lengths to learn the history. Some want to proceed without doing any due diligence. Others do not. The facts as I understand them are the Players perform three plays a season. There are approximately 180 members of the club. The average audience at those plays is about 100. The audience includes approximately 50% non RCSC members who pay the same as RCSC members. The Player's "rent" MountainView for about $20 per hour. Sun Dial is used by every other performing group. Now tell me again why I want to spend $28M to build a theater for one group's use?
