Corner lots...

Me Too !

There has been only one place that had me scratching my head, On Peoria between 99th & 107th
north side, but I see that the owner has toned it down a bit ;

 

I have one (1) fruit tree. Some kind of orange. I don't like it.
My neighbor likes it and picks it to make juice.
Every few years I have it trimmed.
In the meantime, I just cut off branches that are hanging too low.
They interfere with lawn mowing.
Some people don't care.

 

I did not want a corner lot for security reasons.

 

We've lived on a busy corner for years and many pears back someone stole a pot we had in the front yard. Other than that, not an issue. With that said, we have a six foot block wall around the house and obviously that become a deterrent. In the coming years, we will downsize, and the next house will be a corner lot and yes indeed, a block wall will surround the property.
