I had an interesting encounter with Epcor last week. One of my accounts had a Epcor tag on the door, when I read it it stated that the water had been turned off ! Sure enough when I hit the main...nothing...Hmm. So I called them stating who I was and the reason for my call and concern ( Landscaping & Pool ) They were not allowed to discuss this with me and requested that the owner call, OK It seems the the new owners who have not yet closed called Epcor to have the water turned off on the closing date, and sadly new owner did not callback when the closing got delayed. The owner is still trying to get some kind of explanation of how they can turn off the water for a new owner but can not turn it on for property management.
