I remember seeing a couple of courtyard places when I was looking to buy and did not like them.

I have a large courtyard (D35) where I can wave to people as they walk by. Below is half of the courtyard. The other side has 3 chairs and a table.

Personally I love the bricked courtyards in houses. A great place to let the dogs hang out safely.

I was actually talking about houses with the bricked courtyards and gated entrance for dogs. I would not let mine out for a second without being totally enclosed.

C is spot on, there isn't a courtyard in Sun City that is coyote proof (except maybe the patio homes on Del Webb Blvd across from Lakeview Rec Center). Coyotes can walk a 6 foot wall without blinking an eye. They tend not to go after large dogs, but we are always cautious. When we moved here we put in a dog run and dog door that was 10 by 30 and was fully covered with the same fencing as was around the rest of the kennel. Both girls loved being out on cool nights and it was the only way we could feel safe leaving them out.

Here's another home from the Galleria '74 Collection. Love having the den, that's a feature that became more popular in Sun City west and Sun City Grand homes.

Do you have the page from Galleria '74 Collection that lists Quality Features and Products Included in the Basic Price? I want to know all the features of those models.
