Overnight parking of commercial vehicles in Original Sun City

    You can call the homeowners association office and perhaps they can tell you the rules for commercial vehicle parking. 623-974-4718

    Definitely best to check the CCR to see and I would try to ask around to those who live there to see how strict they are or loose on the CCR as well. Just because it is in there doesn't mean they necessarily enforce.

    I remember something about 72 hour limit. Did you get an answer from SCHOA?

    The 72 hour limit is for RV's, trailers, and other large vehicles, I don't know if that applies to commercial vehicles......If you had a garage it would fit in I don't think it would be an issue.
