Question about Condo Associations and Rentals

    I know in CO the HOA rules are set at the HOA/COA incorporation, this is done through the state. You need a 85% homeowner vote to change the rules of incorporation. If the HOA gets a 85% homeowner vote to change the rules and they didn't include a grandfather claus for rentals then the new rules apply for both existing and future owners.
    Don't know how this works in AZ though.

    So can HOAs, we have a new board since last year and there are some definite hidden agendas with some board members.
    It is sad that some folks have to push for their way no matter how wrong instead of working together as a team to make it better for all.
    Hmm, sounds like our current administration... oops, don't want to go there. ;-)
