I am not actually living in Sun City yet - I am hoping to move there within the next 6 months. My name is Cathy and I originally am from New York City - moved to North Carolina 4 years ago and am now thinking to move out West. Can I rent in the short term (until I find a home to buy) and still avail mysself of all the amenities such as rec centers, clubs etc.?
