My wife and I are looking at Arizona as our retirement state. Looking to rent a house in Sun City. We want 2+ BR, 1.5 BA, at least 1,000 SF and a garage would be great. The top of our budget is $750/mo for rent. My wife will get a small dog after our move to carry around in her purse. LOL I heard something about renters tax. What is that? Sun City is definitely a little bit of heaven. O.K. so the summer can be a little bit of hell but everything is air conditioned.
