Okay gang, things have been slow on here of late but this one is a must read/do. This Saturday, March 1 at the Sundial auditorium, the RCSC will host Del Webb Day. It will be one kick-butt event with free admission, games and great entertainment. Food trucks and a beer wagon will be in the courtyard so bring a couple of dollars along to eat or drink.

The doors open at 3 pm with sports-themed fun and games followed by Guy Pennacchio's tribute to Frank Sinatra from 4:30 till 6 pm. We'll have a brief break to grab a bite and at 7 pm the Real Tones will take us back to the 50's and 60's till 10 pm. In addition there will be a photo display of Del Webb in the lobby and wait till you see the outfits the RCSC staff will be wearing...totally cool man.

Hope to see you all there.

So, when you go Saturday, and you see Bill Pearson, congratulate him on his Person of the Year honors, but also ask him why he is wearing a New York Yankees Jersey. He is just itching to tell you.

How did the RCSC event turn out with all the rain. We had quite a crowd at the juried show at the Lakeview center.

Today, the club room is open for sales and there are some very nice things on the tables.

Awesome time. Good crowds in spite of the weather. The Sinatra tribute show was wonderful and the Real Tones packed em in and had dancing from start to finish. Good food on the food trucks and the beer wagon was also a hit. And the mini-Del Webb exhibit was totally cool.

BRAVO to the Del Webb Days ! Sun City Rec does it up right and AWESOME.... a wonderful event even with the rain - - Those evening-night down pours were just some additional entertainment as viewing those showers from inside - was wonderful-needed rain ! Maybe our feet stomping to the Real Tones brought in the "rain-dances"...... The rock dance was great- music sensational. Frank Sinatra's GUY PENNACCHIO was as well as wonderful.... especially if ya know how to ballroom dance to his crooning voice.....The entire event was good as well as the big bags of popcorn and vendor's food ! A group of us were there from 3:30 till they kicked us all out ! A fun event - thanks RCSC ! !:peaceful:
