Google Sun City Arizona Visitor Center.
You can request a Visitor Package.
    It is full of information.
    I volunteer there.

Also, Google Sun City Arizona Sheriff Posse.
    It tell what they do.
    I also volunteer there.
The Commander for last year posted her.
There is a new commander and I'm not sure if she will post.

will see Sun City Sheriff's Posse Arizona.
    Take a look.

The Independent is one paper that covers activities and issues in Sun City.

Prices will flat line for a bit but they had been moving up. Sun City will always be a good value in my opinion and it is always a gamble as to whether or not prices continue to rise or if they drop. Just buy when you are ready and unless you are a flipper or an investor, ignore the market. That is what we did because we do not plan on moving from this shack. Best wishes and hope you find your place. It is always wise to rent first.

Oh how I hate snow on a commute morning!
8 degrees with 3-4 inches on the ground... doubled the commute time. :tongue-new:
Looking forward to the day I can retire and move to a warmer climate.

Last Sunday I wondered why church was so full.

We have the best climate here right now. I love the balmy days and last night even had the bed window open to let in fresh air. Are we happy? Looking forward to spring and even summer.
