The Independent is one paper that covers activities and issues in Sun City. Prices will flat line for a bit but they had been moving up. Sun City will always be a good value in my opinion and it is always a gamble as to whether or not prices continue to rise or if they drop. Just buy when you are ready and unless you are a flipper or an investor, ignore the market. That is what we did because we do not plan on moving from this shack. Oh how I hate snow on a commute morning! 8 degrees with 3-4 inches on the ground... doubled the commute time. :tongue-new: Looking forward to the day I can retire and move to a warmer climate.
We have the best climate here right now. I love the balmy days and last night even had the bed window open to let in fresh air. Are we happy? Looking forward to spring and even summer.
