Since my dogs are always licking stuff up I especially don't want to risk something leaving anything residual. I was amazed they got out stains I'd given up on.
I have stained concrete floors so do not worry much about carpet. I love them. But good to know of some good companies to send people to.
Did you have to pour new concrete over the foundation concrete? I was wondering what was under my carpet but haven't looked yet.
No we actually took a grinder to the original concrete. It was in very good shape. We mixed our own stain using Iron Sulfate and strong coffee with a little water. We then sealed the floor and then went over it 3 times with a wet look finish. It is different, but easy to clean and I do not fear spills at all. We had a time getting the carpet glue off but found a product that dissolved it...
