Hoping to see all of you who can come to the meeting today (January 25 at Sundial Rec Center) stop by. It should be a really fun day with lots of things going on. The magazine we will be passing out is the first of its kind by the RCSC. In coming days I will post a link to it for those who can't get there. Here's the schedule for the days events: 9:00 am: Social time and registration for membership meeting. Free donuts and coffee provided. 10:00 am: Color Guard/Pledge of Allegiance. 10:05 am: Welcome and introductions. 2013 Highlights and 2014 Goals. 10:30 am: Annual budget presentation. 11:30 am: Keynote Speaker- Jason Schechterie, Beyond the Flames An inspiring and moving story like you have never heard before. 12:30 pm: Lunch- Free hot dogs, chips, bottled water. 1:30 pm: Official annual membership meeting. Door prize drawing (must be present to win). Closing remarks. It should be quite a day and hopefully Sun City residents begin to understand this is where the whole premise of self-governance begins. I'll be distributing the magazines and chatting with people so stop by and say hi.
