Mark your calendars for the Sun City Home Owners Association(SCHOA) Annual Meeting scheduled for January 16th at Fairway Center from 10-noon. Guest speaker will be our Maricopa Board of Supervisors Representative Clint Hickman. Remember, we are not a city but instead are an unincorporated area and are governed by Maricopa County. RCSC holds their Annual Meeting at Sundial Center on January 25th from 9-2:00 with various activities throughout those hours. Both are important to all Sun City residents, property owners or those interested in becoming residents.

I believe that during the last session of the day they will allow questions and comments from the floor like they did last year....I think that is especially valuable and interesting to see what is on the minds of our fellow residents.
