More importantly, who is not reporting the results? I fully expected an email blast from the RCSC by now with the results and with an announcement of total voter participation. They had lots of things to "crow" about with a great turnout of candidates from which we could choose. Surely the voter turn out must have been significantly higher this year with the added interest of eight candidates and with all the effort that went into making it easy for people to vote by offering the option of voting via computer for 30 days. Maybe there has been a challenge to the results? A demand for a recall? Even if that would be the case, would there be a reason why we should not know and why they would not tell us? Has the RCSC shot themselves in the foot? It just seems like an unusual and unfortunate way to end an election process. Bummer! All of the candidates emphasized the need for better communication between the RCSC and us card holders. I sure hope the three new board members do not forget what they have been telling us for the last two months. Maybe they will roll up their sleeves and craft a new board policy that is instructive for the management team regarding communication expectations?
