I am new here. I have looked a few times but never registered until today. My husband and myself purchased a home in the original Sun City Phase 3 almost a year ago. We plan on living in Sun City half a year and eastern Washington State the other half of the year. We are not quite 55 but will be soon. We love it in Sun City and have enjoyed fixing up our place. Everyone has been very nice. We love our neighbors.

Hi Susan. Hope you are finding Sun City to be everything you could want or need for retirement. Yes, the Farmer's Market is humming along now and last Thursday, there were more produce booths. I expect those to pick up a bit as the harvest is in full swing. I love the Polish dogs and Chef Jean, who makes the best pastries and sandwiches. Our booth was across from him last week and the smell drove me crazy lol. We will be there this Thursday but not on the 7th of Nov.
Welcome sus, great to have you joining us here. What's cool is for us "old timers" is to see those in their 50's finding Sun City and appreciating all the same values those who came before us fell I love with. Nice!
Hi Susan. We also have a home in Phase 3 and live in Spanaway, Washington. We bought the house 2 years ago and also love Sun City and can't wait for retirement!
