I would sell it. At lot of work moving it and we have pool tables here. I haven't counted them, but Bell RC has a room full of them.
Both Bell and Lakeview must have 32 tables between them. If you prefer to play in the privacy of your home, you may consider keeping it. The Men's Club has a few as well. If you are active, you may find you will not have much time for playing at home....just too much going on around the community to ever do much other than relax the few hours you may be home during a typical day. We moved here 3 weeks ago and bowl in 2 leagues, lawn bowl twice a day along with bocce ball and crafts for the wife. The pool table areas are open from 8am to 8pm everyday except Sunday when it might be 11am - 6pm!
