I finally made my way up to the "Men's Club". No cribbage, no pegs and jokers? I was hoping the club would be a bit more comfortable and relaxing.......a place to drop in and enjoy a glass of wine or a beer following a session of activities. A place to gather and watch Monday night football, etc. IMHO, the clubs lacks being brought into the baby boomer era. Thanks for reading.
My husband enjoys penny poker. Do they play it at the men's club. I wouldn't know because I am not a man. ride:
The only poker is something like dime, nickel, quarter most all the time and weekly tournament with $20 buy in.
Jack115, Currently there is not a cribbage club. If you know of others interested in getting together and forming a cribbage club, the clubs office would be more then happy to assist in this endeavor. Just a thought.
I grew up playing cribbage with my grandparents, parents and siblings. I taught it to my children as it really helped teach addition and quick calculations(at least to 31!). I still play it on my computer to exercise my mind. It also helped to pass the time sitting in a ice fishing house in the middle of a frozen Wisconsin lake.
