Please tell me it's not flooding

We had an extremely heavy downpour for a few hours.
I had a 2:00 appointment at 99th & Thunderbird.
I called and they said the parking lot was flooded
so I rescheduled for Thursday.

I pulled my car out into the driveway to get it rain-washed.

About 2:00 rain stopped & I pulled car back into garage.
It will just have to dry itself off.

Now - 2:30 - the sun is shining.

 

Rain washed. I needed a chuckle today and that was funny.

 

Boswell -- as usual -- near 99th Ave looked like a little river -- in the middle of the street....no big problems that I know of in Sun City....
We got a lot of nice steady rain and my plants are lovin it ! ! Our area gets their share of Flood Warnings....but lucky -- no major floods have happened recently.
