Very possible, but very doubtful in 1975 when Bill is claiming they were built. Not one of the schematics I have shows a home with an indoor pool and spa. May have been added on later. Actually, with how dry it is here those small resistance lap pools would be awesome in an Arizona room!!

All, give the LRP a chance - much of this has been addressed in the scope of work for the master plan and the RFIs.

Thanks SBB - I hope the Board has the wisdom to let the LRP do some heavy lifting - they are ready willing and able to do it.

Meekers marketing strategies can still be applied today, if the RCSC wanted to make marketing a priority. Outreach to the members is highly possible if the RCSC made it a priority. Communicative articles are easily available for distribution if the RCSC made it a priority. Why aren’t these items a priority? Why are the same things repeatedly being ignored?
I understand the directors are overwhelmed with the demands on their time. Has no one on the board looked around and said there’s a better way to do this?? Has group think become so prevalent that it has stymied their ability to make decisions that could benefit themselves and their work environment??
The idea that the decisions made by the board are the best methods for the community is hogwash. Up and until the communication improves, member outreach is in practice can it be considered the decisions bestowed upon the members are even considerate of the members needs.

It appears thought leaders on this thread are suggesting major improvements in internal and external outreach so that current and future members connect with the organization. It is difficult to tackle these issues when we are in transition to a new GM. I am sure the Board will take this into account when hiring a new GM.
