Yeah, Trump on one of his “weave” incoherent rants. You voted for this future mental patient?

You're joking right? At least this president has a mind. Can't say as much for Joe, the guy you no doubt voted for. Even his own staff is coming out to tell us how bad it really was!

Couldn't even make it thru debate prep without having to take a nap.

And our "trusted" media anchors who kept on telling us how sharp and tireless Joe was are now writing books telling us just how bad he was.

    It's your TDS.

I am so glad I am not a TDS/EDS person. having two people live in your head 24/7 must be tiring. Poor dave still hasn't figured out I don't care enough to respond to him.

Truth is always stranger, no, way better than fiction. So rather than belabor the point or argue over who did what, here is the Exchange meeting from May of 2024. Rather than watching the two plus hours, you can fast forward to 2 hours, 10 minutes and 42 seconds to catch my remarks/response to many of the comments i heard. I only stopped by to drop of a historical document to a board member but the allegations being made were in many ways nonsensical. I've had my fair share of bones to pick with the RCSC board and management, but blaming them for empty store fronts is over the top.

By the way very cool how i finished it in my allotted 3 minute time. Thanks by the way for the warm round of applause following my remarks. Sun City residents often appreciate how well i articulate and state my case in a timely fashion.

And so we are truly clear, in spite of my many disagreements with the maga movement, i still feel this way; 100%
Thank goodness Sun City is immune to it all. Joy, peace and love in our own happy place.

Yep. All 6 or 8 people left, some clapped, some didn't. Saw it once, no need to watch the circus again. Even John Fast found it disgusting.

Lastly, I am completely fed up with the screaming antics of one member who spoke last at this meeting. They always lead off with I wasn't going to speak today and then launch into a screaming tirade about this, that or the other thing claiming to be the heart and soul of Sun City. I am embarrassed and sickened by these uncivil spectacle's. I cannot imagine the shock prospective members experience when they see this.

To close, one of the original sales pitches for sun city was that for a dream to become reality there had to be a solid plan in place and Dell Webb had a team of experts to develop that plan. I don't think we can expect volunteers from all walks of life to have that level of expertise and so I highly recommend hiring an expert.

Yeah, on the 50 countries I found out you couldn’t name them if you tried. That dopey Secretary of the Treasury dropped that dime on one of the political talk shows this morning. Of course he never mentioned any country because what he said was a load of haufenmist otherwise he would have tried to prove his point. More lies from the Trump House of Incompetent Clowns.

By the way, after some “miracles” yesterday, the Trumpster qualified for the finals of his golf tournament today. Did he win another 9n 9ne of his courses or did he actually

I awoke this glorious Monday morning in Sun City, grabbed a coffee and opened my news feeds. More of the same: Market's continuing to crash, business bankruptcy announcements abound, doge laying off more federal workers, another child dies in Texas with measles (rfk attended the funeral), and this headline on a FOX news affiliate:
"Children, first responders among at least 20 dead as tornadoes, severe weather, flooding ravage several states."
Nope, not blaming trump for the severe weather events multiplying (it's just an undeniable fact of life), but the storms are reeking really nasty outcomes across multiple states with devastation in the billions and insurance rates will explode when all is said and done. The real tragedy is in the loss of life, and it will grow.

On a happier note, while Rome was burning (as the old saying goes), trump was on his 7th, or was it his 8th golf weekend since taking office? It matters not, i guess, as many of you think it perfectly normal to jet off to Florida (to the tune of millions of dollars to the US taxpayers), and hobnob with the Saudi's. And to make it an even more glorious Monday amidst all the doom and gloom, trump proudly announced to the press core on board, he won the tournament he played in; in fact repeated it several times that he was the winner.

Like you all mentioned, so much winning!

In 1965 MLK said, "“There are all too many people who, in some great period of social change, fail to achieve the new mental outlooks that the new situation demands. There is nothing more tragic than to sleep through a revolution. There can be no gainsaying of the fact that a great revolution is taking place in our world today. It is a social revolution, sweeping away the old order… The wind of change is blowing, and we see in our day and our age a significant development. … The great challenge facing every individual graduating today is to remain awake through this social revolution."
That is the origin of the term "woke" and I find it horrifying that a large chunk of the American population takes pride in sleeping through MLK's social revolution. And is now going about trying to erase as much of it as they can of it with executive orders.

"President Biden spends almost as much time on R&R as he does running the country.

The 81-year-old commander-in-chief has racked up 532 vacation days in less than four years — about 40% of the 1, 326 days he’s been in office.

It would take the average American — who gets 11 days a year of vacation — approximately 48 years to accumulate that number of days off."

Tom: Sleepy Joe is gone brother, let him go in peace. Today, at this very moment, i willingly and regretfully accept that trump is the 47th president of the United States. Elections have consequences as we have been told time and time again. My Monday morning salutation was simply a recognition of what was in my news feed; no more, no less.

Your guy, trump is president. Own it, revel in it and then watch and see what happens. I'm making no predictions. I'm willing to give him and the rest of the unqualified folks he put in important positions to see if they are able to do their job. Obviously signal-gate was a bad look, maybe it was a one off. Clearly musk cutting services is being applauded by maga, let's see the impact over time? The tariff's have been "troubling" as the vast majority of economists have told him and all of us, utter folly...maybe trump is smarter than all of them.

We' ll see eh? But for now, own it...he's your guy, not my choice.

Thank God we live in Sun City where most of us are immune to it all. Joy, peace and love in our own happy place.

Too bad Abby gate was a one off, or was it? Or Lloyd Austin disappearing for days without telling a soul?

When are you going to realize that whatever you throw out about this administration nothing can compare with the atrocities of Biden's Admin. They all knew he was demented from the start. The tell all books from the media are starting to flood the market.

We keep hearing about how demented Biden was, fine, so what did his administration do that reflected this state of mind. Besides the Afghanistan debacle.

What is wrong with you? Who was running this country? Whoever it was, was not elected by the people. Open borders. MS 13 and other terror groups killing our girls.
