Whose idiotic idea was this? Was this cockamamie idea actually thought through because it appears the answer is no. It’s just one person who feels he needs a discount because he doesn’t use the facilities. I don’t use the facilities and I don’t feel I am entitled to a discount because of that. The assessments I believe is the cost I pay to live here, to see the golf course outside my patio in top condition, the rec centers are maintained, etc. in case I would like to utilize. Not exactly a novel belief.
