Two (2) houses on my street sold within a week.

One (1) house isn't selling because of a poor realtor.
He finally had an open house last week after 3 months on the market.

The house across the street sold within a week a few months ago.

These are all condos in Phase II.

I might have mentioned before that people who qualify
should consider getting a freeze on the assesed value while prices are still low.
    They are definitely going up.

On the back of your property evaluation is more information.

Good to know that property is moving.....it was only a matter of time before the housing market revived.

I know several realtors as well as the one who found me the home I live in ... AND ALL AGREE ! ! The housing market is coming back -- not to where the prices soared to in years 2005-2006 -- but they are trying to make a little come back.....I have noticed that the homes in our area of Sun City - - and by reading our local newspaper -- homes & condos are selling better AND with an increase of prices, also :lemo:

I wonder if the realtors have the numbers on how many of the recent sales are to private owners and how many to speculators. We have a couple homes in our neighborhood that have been bought by speculators when the prices were low, and now they sit empty waiting till the market rises. I would much rather they were bought by owners who would enjoy Sun City...

My condo association voted not to have renters.
    Consequently, no speculators.

I don't have a big problem with rental houses....ours was one for years and our tenants were as much a part of the neighborhood as we have become. But a couple of houses in our neighborhood that have been bought on speculation have just stood empty....

I'm curious how the condo association can keep people from renting their homes......
